Mrs. Molly Schroeder
Welcome! I have been a part of the Holy Trinity community for the last 12 years. I am both a teacher and a parent here. It is a great privilege to be a teacher in a Catholic school. The rewards are countless! As a teacher, I get to live my faith daily through prayer, adoration, teaching the word of God, and talking about the Catholic faith. Walking on a spiritual journey with my class allows me to know and understand each child better. I am able to witness the faith and love these young children have for God. It inspires me in my faith life! In daily routines, I am able to provide character development and guide them in acting morally in accordance with God's laws.
As I mentioned, I am also a parent here too. My youngest 5 children attend school here. As a parent and teacher, I know that the classrooms are full of faith, love, and rigorous academics. The teachers here care for our children and invest in them. Class sizes are small and each child receives the attention they deserve and need. The teachers develop personal relationships with each child helping them to grow spiritually and academically.
Before coming to Holy Trinity I taught at St. Ambrose in Woodbury and St. Joseph in West St. Paul. My teaching experiences include teaching 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education from Saint Mary's University. Every summer I take continuing education courses through St. Mary's or Hamline. I am a lifelong learner!
My husband, Bernie, and I live in South St. Paul. Bernie works as a mail carrier for the US Postal Service. We have 6 children. Kayla is 16 and in 11th grade, Jack is 12 and in 7th grade, Ella is 10 and in 5th grade, Anna is 9 and in 3rd grade, Owen is 5 and in kindergarten, and Benjamin is 4 and in preschool. I love my summers at home with these kiddos. Summers are full of activities of with the kids! I feel vey blessed to hangout with them. We read, play games, go on day adventures, and enjoy the their soccer games and tennis lessons. I enjoy running and walking. My husband and I love to play board games, especially Ticket to Ride. We also enjoy doing projects around the house.
